Tracy and Debbie McKee are the founders of CoPilot Inc, a new aviation venture based in the Midwest and serving flight schools and flying clubs across the continental United States.
 

Tracy grew up in a small Iowa town with a quiet airport on the edge of town, where his lifelong fascination with flight first took root. As a young boy, he was captivated by the sleek lines of V‑Tail Bonanzas in aviation magazines — a spark that stayed with him even as he built a career as a programmer, analyst, and project manager. 

Debbie has spent her work life designing and building custom homes throughout Minnesota, where her award‑winning work has been featured in several publications. Debbie is new to the world of aviation and is eagerly learning all she can. 

Together, Tracy and Debbie have built a partnership grounded in creativity, diligence, and shared vision. CoPilot Inc is their next great adventure — combining a love of aviation with a desire to make aircraft leasing simpler, safer, and more accessible for schools and clubs everywhere.
